All Domestic US shipping is by UPS or USPS ... all orders are shipped from New York City.
Domestic US shipping costs are calculated based on delivery location and the size and weight of the products.
Wallpaper, furniture and framed artwork may incur additional shipping charges.
Unless noted otherwise, the buyer pays for shipping.
Shipping rate includes insurance unless otherwise specified.
All shipping is trackable via USPS or UPS.
Any customs charges or import duty on international orders are the buyers responsibility.. These fees are not included or covered by boutique by threshold. Please contact your local customs office for more information on these charges
All orders shipping within the state of New York are subject to 8.875% sales tax
Returns & Exchanges:
If for some reason your purchase doesn't work out, we accept returns within 14 days for exchange or refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of your order for return authorization. All shipping charges are non refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.
Any custom orders, artwork, books and sale items are final sale.
SOME OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE ANTIQUE VINTAGE PIECES, THESE MAY HAVE BLEMISHES AND ARE WHAT GIVE THE PRODUCT IT'S UNIQUE QUALITY, THEREFORE THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE CONSIDERED DEFECTIVE.
